We deliver within 3 to 7 days, depending on your location. All US orders are shipped from our Ohio warehouse. Rest of world orders are shipped from the closest warehouse ensuring fast and safe delivery.

International shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are not included.
In some countries we are able to deliver locally. This online commerce system is operated from North America. In some instances, shipping to destinations outside of Canada and USA may become expensive due to the extreme distance. However, Better Lifestyle Products will most likely have a distributor or outlet closer to your location able to provide more cost effective delivery. Simply contact us stating your requirements, and we will quickly find the best solution for you.

Return Policy
All Lifestyle Products carry a 30 day money-back guarantee. Goods returned "MUST" be received by our warehouse within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Goods must be in undamaged original packaging and in as new condition. You will be refunded or credited less shipping charges and re-stocking fee of 30% of purchase price.
Damaged goods must be reported to info@betterlifestyleproducts.com within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Management reserves the right to charge for damaged returns and or missing parts in addition to restocking fee.
Before returning goods you MUST obtain a return authorization number by filling out the return authorization request form and click the submit button. Once you have received your authorization number please print out and attach a copy of the completed return form to the out side of the original packaging so that it is clearly visible.
No refunds or credits will be made for goods returned outside the 30 day limit.

Handy Installation Tips for Ironing Centers
- When installing the wall bracket to obtain the desired ironing height, deduct 1 5/8" (4cm) from the desired height to give you the correct measurement to mark on the wall.
- There are two hinging systems on our ironing centers, the first being the main wall hinges and second being the hinges joining the two sections of ironing board. These are set fairly firm at the factory. If you find the hinges are too firm just loosen the two nuts on the main wall hinges and the four nuts on the hinges joining the two section of ironing board. Once you have installed your ironing center just re-tighten.

Q: At what height should I install the Ironing Center?
